[ICOM] Icom IC-FR4000 repeater and CWID

I've exhausted all other means of finding an answer so thought I'd try here. Not sure how active this still is but can't hurt to tryI'm trying to get my FR4000 repeater to transmit the CWID, like it says it is capable. I'm 99% sure I'm setting things up correctly and have tried AT LEAST a hundred different combos. What I really would like, to be sure it's not a problem with my radio, is a working xxx.icf file from someone that actually has the cwid working on their radio. Then I could just cha get frequency and callsign in the settings. I've heard that the FR4000 doesn't do the cwid and I've heard it does. I can set it to transmit the cwid after every key up, and then it will also transmit it on a set schedule, like 15 minutes. I just can't get it to transmit on that 15 minute interval without also transmitting it after each and every keyup. I've tried on Windows XP up to Windows 10. Maybe my programming software is corrupt, but the PWR ON setting in Edit memory CH doesn't seem to do anythingThanks for any help,    Bill
