a friend of mine has a icom-746pro receive works good no RF output when you turn the RF control up or down 
was getting only about 5 watts output some time on all band now no output power anyone repairing 746pro i contact a few repair center but they said not repairing the 746 or 746pro any more any type of help thanks ka9dzr dennis
