[ICOM] ID-880H GPS MODE

Thanks for your reply Greg.  That tells me I'm on the right track, but I
can't get the ID-880H into the mode where the 'GPS' tag shows up on the
display (with no GPS receiver input to the radio).  I've gone through the
"GPS mode items" (p138-141 of the Instruction Manual but I can't get to
where 'GPS' shows up on the display.  Is there another setting somewhere
else that I need to set?
