[ICOM] IC-7600 + N1MM+ + MMTTY RTTY

Hello !! On the eve of the next CQWW RTTY try to configure the IC-7600 
with N1MM + + MMTTY to operate in AFSK. I was unsuccessful, there seems 
to be a conflict between CAT and PTT using just the USB cable. At times 
the PTT works well but I lose the CAT or vice versa. Someone managed to 
use it this way? I think the problem is that there is only one COM port. 
I appreciate help in this regard.
