I suspect that would be an impossibility. FM's claim to fame
is that proper FM detectors do NOT respond to amplitude
pulses such as noise.

Subject: [ICOM] FM noise blankers
Are there any Icom rigs which have a noise blanker that functions on FM?
I have some noise that is interfering with reception of the FM satellites
and am looking for a radio (with a 2m transverter or receive converter)
with a NB that might help to take it out.
