[ICOM] IC-3210A No backlight

I have an ICOM IC-3210A. The backlight on LCD display is out. A Google
search did not reveal anything specific to this model number. The display
settings (D1 - D4) did not change anything. Does anyone know if this is an
easy fix, such as just replacing a bulb or something more complicated?
