My sister used to sell a lot on eBay (well, so did I at one time). She had a run-in with them 
some time ago over something I can no longer remember, managed to get some jerk on the 
phone about it, and, after some discussion, ended up calling them a bunch of socialists, and 
wealth-redistributors, which resulted in whomever she was talking with hanging up.

Whoever decided to "upgrade" eBay simply ruined it....which is typical.
