Kent, I am not familiar with DSTAR but your choice of 3.880 is a frequency
that is used by the AM community. This frequency has been used by
gentleman's agreement for at least 3 decades and even though it is first
come, first serve it would be nice to avoid any possible interference.
Given the propagation during this sunspot cycle, you probably will have
interference.
If I am wrong about how this works, please accept my apology.
