That would be a big help, Bill. Yes, I remember we have emailed previously. I would guess your first license was issued in early December 1953! Mine was 30 November 1953. I graduated from SUNY Albany in 1960! I remember visiting Uncle Dave/W2APF while I was in college to go up his tower to see if I could repair a problem. It was probably in November of 1959. Cold! No climbing belt! I've gotten a LITTLE bit smarter since then!.

Hi Mac,
I think I have a connector with a six inch pigtail for the IC-28....etc. Describing the power cable connector, it has the lever to disengage the connector with the radio side connector. The negative wire connection is square and the positive wire connection is shaped like a semicircle. If this is what you are looking for, it is yours. Email me with a shipping address.
