[ICOM] ICOM IC-706MKIIG SEPERATION CABLE SCREW

I had the same problem with my 706 MK II. It is similar to a 2/56 screw 
which is pretty small but I think it is really a metric size You should 
be able to find one in a good hardware store. I did.
