[ICOM] WTB dual knob pair for IC-706mk2

I don't have what you need but have a story about IC-706 knobs. When I 
worked at Icom America a lady for I think from New York state called the 
tech support line and I answered her call. She said need a couple of 
knobs for her IC-706.

I asked what happened to them, did they break?

She said NO. She had befriended a Crow, and the Crow pulled off the 
knobs and took off with them. She was not very happy with the Crow, told 
me she left windows and doors open on nice days and it just would not leave.

We both had a good laugh and then i transferred he to part to but new 
knobs after giving her the part numbers fro her description.
