[ICOM] Source for Icom CW filters?

 My Yaesu FT100D has partially died, so my Icom 706MKIIG is now the main
rig in the shack.  As such, I need a CW filter for it.  Every dealer's
webpage which I have viewed shows that they no longer have any of these for
sale.

Anyone have an idea as to where I can find an Icom CW filter like the
FL101, FL232, or FL100?  Most ebay listings seem to be for overseas
sellers, and I was hoping to get one fairly quickly.
