[ICOM] DSTAR QSO PARTY

Dear all,

I served yesterday as a multiplier for points on the DCS001C (all Germany) to which about 35 relays were connected.

I interprete this rule as 10 qsos at least due to the fact that you cannot blame the calling person for receiving an answer of a hotspotter.
