[ICOM] Stick-on/screw-on Holders for Icom Microphones

Does anybody know if Icom sells these?  If so, what part number and price?  A guy on eBay sells them in lots of three for $15 including shipping, but that seems high for a small aluminum stamping and some double-sticky tape.
