I have the following accessories for sale that will work with Icom radios:

1. LDG Z100plus HF-6m 100 watt autotuner.  Loads up most antennas, and
comes with the Icom interface cable so you plug it in to the tuner jack on
your Icom, and hit the tune button, and it initiates a tuning cycle and
sends a low power carrier for tuning.  It also powers the tuner through the
interface cable.  I am asking $100 shipped.

2. Signalink USB digital interface.  Plugs into the USB jack on your
computer, and contains its own soundcard so you don't have to tie up the
one in your computer.  Great for running FT8, RTTY, PSK, and other digital
modes.  It comes with the interface cable for the 13 pin ACC jack on Icom
radios like the 706 series and 718.  You can buy a different rig cable if
necessary from Signalink.  Asking $75 shipped.

3. Rig control and digital modes cable which contains the CI-V type rig
control interface, and cables for the audio in and out on a computer
soundcard.  It has a USB to serial adapter on 1 end, so you plug it into
your USB jack, or you could remove the adapter and use a serial port if
your computer still has those.  This is for the rig control and PTT
switching for digital modes.  It has the CI-V plug and a 13 pin DIN
connector on the other end.  This cable will let you do both rig control
and digital modes, but will use the soundcard in your computer.  Asking $22
shipped.
