[ICOM] DSTAR HF VOICE on your ICOM or FLEX

The ICOM 7100 comes with DSTAR VOICE installed to operate on ALL bands, HF,
6m, 2m, and 440. Very easy to enter DSTAR HF VOICE mode. 
The ICOM 9100 with the optional UT-121 DSTAR module installed will operate
on ALL bands, HF, 6m, 2m, and 440. Also very easy to enter DSTAR HF VOICE
mode.

All FLEX 6xxx SDR Transceivers are capable of operating DSTAR HF VOICE on
all the HF bands with the DV3000 USB stick and DSTAR waveform software
installed. The FLEX does do DSTAR, but the software has a minor timing bug.
FLEX engineering is working on this. It does not prevent the FLEX 6xxx
transceivers from operating in this mode.
