I purchased one with a few problems. I am in need of a service manual. Anybody 
have one? some of the problems are RX- off frequency 15-18 Khz.  with preamp 
enabled it transmits a 1.5 watt noise petty much over 1 MHz wide. will not 
generate a  carrier at all in TX (FM)  Poor RX takes 20,000 uv or better for 
meter deflection. and it is off frequency. Has a new non-destructible RAM/eprom 
unit. I will need a manual to get this fixed in the next 4 or 5 days, without 
it may take weeks.
