[ICOM] FS: RJ45 to XLR mic adapter

I have a mic adapter with a female 3 pin XLR connection on the mic end, and
a RJ45 mic connector plus a female phono (RCA) plug on the radio side.
Should work with any balanced mic with a 3 pin XLR connector on it.  The
RJ45 connector will work with Icom 706 series, Icom 7000, and Icom 7100
radios.
