Antenna mounts are as varied as vehicles, and the people that use them.  
Do a generic google search, look at the tens of thousands of images, 
narrow down the type you have in mind based on that, search for that, 
narrow that down, et cetera, until you find a style you like, that's 
hopefully still available, and go from there.

Aside from that, I've driven Toyotas for decades, and just use a 90 
degree NMO mount on the fenders, mounted on the inside between the 
fender and hood, fed with a few inches of MILSPEC RG-174, then 
transition to whatever you are using between your radio and that. About 
$5, plus screws, works like a charm.
