[ICOM] IC756 rig control software

I useg MicroHam USB-III with the interface that I bought from them.  
That allows multiple configurations to interface various pseudo-COM 
ports to Ham Radio Deluxe (free version), N1MM, Logger32, MMTTY, FLDIGI, 
WSJT-X, etc.

HRD Free includes remote rig control server.
