[ICOM] Icom 756PRO2/PRO3 and RS-BA1

I haven't used either personally but the basic rule is that the software
will support any feature of the radio that can be controlled via CI-V.  You
can check the CI-V instruction set in the back of your manual to see what
the radio supports.  RS-BA1 should control all those features.
