[ICOM] IC R-7000 battery

Have not used my R-7000 for years so fired it up and works fine. But, when I use the memory channel, I lose the frequencies when I turn the Icom off. So, guess the lithium battery is dead. I have Googled this problem and I get conflicting information about how to change the battery. Anyone have any experience with changing the battery on this old receiver.
