[ICOM] Icom PS Capacitors

I removed a couple of ICOM 680 uf, 200v capacitors from an Icom power supply
and tested them for ESR. The ESR value was 0.31 to 0.32 ohm and the Vloss
was less than 1%. I believe the capacitors test OK. Any comments.
