[ICOM] Views on the Icom IC-7100

Is there anyone out there that has had hands on experience 
wiht an Icom IC-7100. Is so, what are your thoughts on it? 
Has the low power issue with this radio been resolved? Did 
most suffer from this problem or only certain serial 
numbers? Any help anyone can give me is greatly appreciated!!
