Here is the IC-970A CI-V programming for the default address, 2EH:
2EH(46)  = ADD1, ADD2, ADD3, ADD5

If I did the math correctly here is what you need, 7CH:
7CH(124)= ADD2,ADD3,ADD4,ADD5,ADD6
