[ICOM] ICOM 756PRO2

If you press the TUNE button the front of the 706 & the tuner is able to
automatically work from that command you should see output on the 706 power
out meter screen no matter which mode you have the 706 set. The 706 should
TX a low power CW signal to the tuner. I think mine does 10W in tune.
