[ICOM] Older Icoms question

John,
I have owned an IC-735 since 1986. It has AF output on pin 8 of the
Mic connector.
I have operated this radio on Packet, PSK & RTTY since day 1.
However, I use the accessory #1 connector as it has fixed audio
output which lessons the possibility of overdriving the sound card
or TNC.
