[ICOM] Older Icoms question

I used to have an IC-730 and obviously I did not have the 24 pin plug. But I
wanted to do RTTY...
If memory serves, the AF Out and Ground pins are next to each other and both
located at one end of the long socket. A DIN plug turned to perfectly fit
the 2 pins. It was quite long ago and I don't remember details. I believe,
it was a 3 pin DIN plug and I had to modify it slightly... I (delicately)
mean, I had to cut it in half or so. Anyway, it worked just fine.

Thanks for the additional information. There is an audio out on the acc
connector on the back of the rig, but not sure how easy it would be to find
the 24 pin plug.
