It is possible the SK made the modification in the matrix for low power only and bypassed the power switch. The matrix is shown in the instruction manual.

 Subject: [ICOM] IC-25H schematic of service manual needed.
   
I have been asked to repair an IC-25H which a local ham bought at an SK's auction. The SK 
was a very competent tech and was operating an excellent repeater system from his home.

He used the subject transceiver for one of his control rigs.

He modified it such that the power switch no longer works, and the IC-25H will not switch to 
the high-power output, 45 watts, but is "stuck" at 5 watts output no matter the condition of 
the power switch.

Might someone here have at least a full schematic of the IC-25H or, better yet, a complete 
service manual for this rig?

I have not found any help from ICOM's website or from any of the usual "manual 
repositories".

Please fill me in.
