[ICOM] Icom 775 DSP audio

Ken-
No, Dual watch is turned off  Also, it is not band specific.  Any place you 
choose, the issue is present.
Anti vox off, vox off, monitor off, all filters turned off (the ones you 
can).  All remaining adjustments at nominal positions.
It was working fine, then it simply started doing this.  Was in receive mode 
at the time etc.
