[ICOM] Icom filters question

Seems the 455 KHz filter had a better 3 do spec, narrower, than the 9 MHz filters do. So if you are going to split between SSB and CW I would determine which was my most used mode and install the best filter for that mode.
Say how did you ever make out with that 706 showing the high SWR.
