[ICOM] Icom 756 ACC jack and VOX

Used to be the PTT on either accessory jack would place the radio into transmit when grounded, and would go low when the radio was placed into transmit by the mic, CW key,or TX switch if equipped. Used to suggest hanging a relay coil across that pin and the 12 volts output on the acc jack. Every time to placed the radio into transmit, the relay would close and what every was attached to the relay, like and amp, would function.
