[ICOM] IC-735 misbehaves above 21.9 Mhz

Back when I was doing several 765 repairs, I saw that when the wax had
migrated under the trimmers, trouble soon followed. I think somehow the wax
was being wicked up into the trimmers, either contaminating the dielectrics
or the housing of the cap. Been a while since those days, but for a while
in the late nineties/early aughts I was fixing a lot of them for contester
buddies.
