[ICOM] IC-735 misbehaves above 21.9 Mhz

I would suspect the VCO trimmer cap is in trouble likely unlocking that VCO from22 to 30 MHz frequency range handled by one of the 4 VCO's. It you tune from 22 to 30 MHZ and the receiver comes back to life about every 10 KHz or so then I would suspect the LPL loop unlocking.
