[ICOM] IC4KL - no 40 volts

I have all of the factory documentation available for the IC-4KL. I also
have the most frequent modifications saved as well. I have only needed to
open the unit once and that was to do the Euro conversion with the factory
parts (primarily to add 10M) The old 4KL has been sitting on my desk at
work pumping out RF ever since. Loud (noise in room)! But reliable.
Lots of power and never goes down. My Alpha (8877s at home QTH) I have
been forced to service MANY times since the late 70s! (tubes out twice, vac
relay twice, lots of fuses!, air variable arches resulting in shorting to
ground through electrodeposition of aluminum created by dust induced HV arc)
Thank you - Joe / W8SS

Dave,
I have a 4kl at home but I'm wintering in Arizona. Will be going home
next week . I have a manual and a service manual. If you have not had any
luck by next week maybe my manuals will help. I'll email you when I get
home. You might contact kk5dr as he has lots of experience with the 4kl .

present on this PWB. No voltage going to the DC-DC unit, a common failure
item in the IC2KL (I run two if those in my station).
