[ICOM] IC4KL - no 40 volts

Greetings;

I have an essentially dead IC4KL on the bench. The required 40 volts 
required for start up is not present!

The service manual I have shows an EP102 on the REG UNIT. It is not 
present on this PWB. No voltage going to the DC-DC unit, a common 
failure item in the IC2KL (I run two if those in my station).

A call to ICOM service produced no results other than it's old; we don't 
support it and "there were a lot of undocumented changes that were kept 
by the techs on scraps of paper".

I was an ICOM "Service Only" for a number of years so I am usually 
familiar with the older gear.

Does any one out there  have a variant schematic of that PWB?

I would appreciate any suggestions
