[ICOM] PW-1 Power supply.

Greetings

I have worked on a number of 2KL's (I own 2) and several PW-1's but have 
had no experience with the PW-1 Power supply.

A call to Icom produced no information other than Icom did not build the 
supply!

SYMPTOMS:

On power-up all functions are present. Key line operates. Voltages at 
the power supply interconnect (P4/J4) to the Main Unit are correct.

PROBLEM: There is no 45-55 volts present at the output of the power 
supply. There is a bit of residual voltage (3-5 volts) at the output of 
the supply.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
