Hi Patrick,
Interesting idea! But the original mic without the TT pad will work fine, up/down.
I'm using an IC706MKIIG.
This mic used to work but for some unknown reason so far it quit.
I tested the switches with an ohm meter and they are ok, I ohmed the cable and connectors to the circuit board and they are ok so I'm curious how Icom does the switching, thus the request for the print.
This mic is actually pretty new and not used much.
Tom

Hello, Tom.
I don't have a schematic,
but do have a question about your radio. What model do you
have the microphone connected to?
I have an IC-718 and connected to it an SM-20
desk mic. The up/down buttons didn't work on it, either.
Turned out that when the radio was set to use the mic
up/down buttons as an electric keyer the frequency up/down
function on the mic was disabled. When I disabled the
electronic keyer function it enabled the mic up/down keys to
change the frequency.
Maybe
your radio is in the same mode?

Hello Gents,
Does anyone have a schematic
for the Icom HM-154T microphone?
I've looked allot on the internet but not
found one.
The up/down
buttons do not work on mine. The lock and the up/down
switches are good as well as the continuity of the rj45
connector to the pc board of the mic.
thanks,
Tom
