[ICOM] SWR problem on 706Mk2G

Haven't had a chance to put it on a dummy load yet, or with an external SWR
meter-the one on my MFJ tuner doesn't work on 15m for some reason, and the
tuner doesn't cover 6m.  Will try to get that done and see what happens.
