Where the three lines radiating from the pad enter the can, that's
where the poor contact happens. So pressing the AL case onto the track,
do the trick.
That particular image shows an ECM with three tracks (I guess to avoid
the problem), but many have only one track.
Another culprit could be a surface mount electrolytic in the audio path.
