[ICOM] IC-2100 audio

[w4upd]

Interesting since the HM-133S is normally for a 2200 or 2300. The normal 
2100 mike is a HM-98S. Should still work, as I am using the HM-98S on my 
2200 due to the tone pad cover. I think I tried the 98 on a 2300 and 
didn't have as good luck, Audio seemed low.
