[ICOM] IC-765 question

It's looking like it is in the internal power supply. I disconnected it
and jumped a Yaesu 13.8 vdc and "instant on". Tried the internal power
supply again and a short "pause" before coming alive. So, now it is just a
matter of deciding which components are likely the problem. May start with
all the big electrolytics. They are pretty old and probably getting
suspect anyway.
Suggestions?
