[ICOM] IC-765 question

Most likely the internal PS. The 765 is known for PS problems. If you have
an ESR meter, Equivalent Series Resistor, you could possibly measure the
elec. Caps without removing them. If not, maybe you can borrow from a
friend. It's a great tool to trouble shoot elec.caps. Good luck!
