[ICOM] ICOM IC-2100 vs 2100H

Well, I don't have a service manual YET, but I did score one on eBay about 15 minutes ago. It should arrive here in about a week. 
 
I guess I'll go from there! 
 
There is NO continuity between the plus lead and chassis, so I expect that either the main trace may be fried or worse damage has occurred.
