[ICOM] ICOM IC-2100 vs 2100H

I don't know if Icom had included a reverse protection diode. The input line is NOT shorted but I really suspect that reverse polarity was applied WITHOUT a fused line. 
 
I guess the first thing to do is try to find a service manual for the radio.
