Doubtful, they likely do not know what an Icom SM-5 is. You could try Icom America, but generally parts for accessories were not available, but an odd chance they may have one. Other than that you will need to disassemble the mic so you can see the actual pot and match it up from online photo or in an electronics parts store. If you do not use that pot much you likely could substitute a fixed resistor or 2 depending if it is a voltage divider circuit in its place. You could also get a 10K pot and drill a hole in the mic base and use a more normal pot if it is small enough or a PCB mount that uses a screwdriver for adjusting it.
