[ICOM] ICOM IC-2100 vs 2100H

There is no IC-2100 only 2100H and 2100-T.  The 2100H is for Europe, Italy, Taiwan, USA, Asia, and Latin America. Teh 2100-T is for Thailand. The difference is frequency range and power levels.
