You need some sort of pin spanner wrench or  "X key radio tool"  -  google
"X key radio tool" and you'll get a bunch of good hits

The next best bet is a pair on 90 deg bent needle nose pliers.  You may need
to do a bit of grinding to get them to fit the slots/groves around the BNC
connector.
