Hi Bill, 

There used to be an Italian Ham who was on eBay regularly, I believe, selling an improved version of that memory board...

It cost less than $80.00, as I recall, & looked good.

Google Icom memory boards, & see what you might come up with---I'm sure that there are still after-market suppliers making $$$ keeping these old classics alive!

PS: I have an Icom 751A here which I absolutely love, & use daily---bought it brand new from a dealer in New Hampshire in 1990.
