I will note that Chrome marks most if not all zip files as malicious. I have zipped and sent files to myself from home so I can have them at work and Chrome would not let me download them to the workstation. I end up using a Windows machine and IE to download. Yes, flash drives work well when you do not have senior moments and misplace them!

Indeed! Chrome marked the download as malicious, so I'm not unzipping it.
Besides, I bought a cable and software off eBay, so this is no longer
relevant.
